Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate closure
  • Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on role specifications and strategies
  • Execute end-to-end interview coordination
  • Facilitate superior candidate experiences
  • Lead onboarding processes for seamless new hire integration
  • Serve as primary employee contact for HR matters
  • Enhance employee experience and engagement initiatives
  • Monitor satisfaction levels and address concerns proactively
  • Cultivate positive, inclusive, high-performance culture
  • Maintain employee documentation and HR records
  • Ensure policy and labor law compliance
  • Support performance management processes
  • Assist with policy development and internal communications

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
