Voltify develops battery locomotives with autonomous fast-charging capabilities through a self-sustaining microgrid network. This role owns the full AWS infrastructure stack supporting connected locomotive systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain multi-account AWS infrastructure architecture
• Build and operate production-grade Terraform-based infrastructure with modular design patterns
• Architect high-availability systems with robust failure recovery mechanisms
• Manage DynamoDB and AWS data services operations
• Own AWS networking architecture including VPCs, routing, and security boundaries
• Support IoT infrastructure for connected devices
• Design and enhance CI/CD pipeline systems
• Execute migration from Bitbucket to GitHub
• Implement comprehensive observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting
• Lead incident investigations and drive reliability improvements
• Continuously enhance security, automation, and developer experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years as an AWS DevOps Engineer with deep production experience
• Strong Terraform expertise with modular design and safe change management
• Solid Linux and networking fundamentals
• CI/CD pipeline experience with deployment safety improvements
• Background in monitoring, alerting, and incident response
• Operational experience with DynamoDB and other AWS services

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Organizations, Landing Zone (LZA), or IoT at-scale experience
